Issuance is not circulation
In fixed-cap mode, the founder allocation is minted at month 0. Ten percent of the public allocation exists at launch; the rest is issued equally over 48 months. Inflationary mode starts with the full initial supply and adds initial supply × ((1 + annual rate)^(month / 12) − 1), all to public slots. Locked founder units count as minted, but not circulating.
Concentration is a toy measure
There are 100 fixed model slots: one founder, ten concentrated public slots and 89 other public slots. A fair launch leaves the founder slot at zero. Gini includes locked balances and this zero slot. Zero means equal balances; values nearer one mean more unequal balances. Top-ten share ranks all slots, including the founder. These are not real people, addresses or voting power.
Pressure is a ratio, not a price
Offered sales equal newly unlocked founder units × founder selling rate + new public issuance × public selling rate. Divide by assumed monthly demand. Above 1× means modeled offers exceed assumed demand; below 1× means the opposite. Month 0 includes launch distribution and any instant unlock, so it can create a large spike. No price impact, order book, slippage or return is calculated.
What this leaves out
No mining costs, lost keys, fees, real trading, security, utility, feedback loops or changing demand. Selling is one-off on new issuance or unlocks; previously held units are not sold again. Founder sales redistribute ownership; public sales do not change the assumed public split. Results follow chosen assumptions, not evidence about future markets.
The simulator runs locally. No accounts, wallets, token creation, user-content backend or payment path. Model inputs reset on reload and never go to analytics. Location suggestions and optional Google Analytics are explained below.
Location is optional, language is your choice
Browser language is checked only when requested. The connection suggestion makes one request to a small Cloudflare Pages Function. It reads only Cloudflare’s country header and returns a broad language suggestion. Vestimoss does not read or store the IP address, country or request in application logs. Cloudflare necessarily processes connection information to serve the website and may keep its own operational records. A country is not a language; you always choose.
GPS uses a few conservative interior areas, not country detection. Outside them, or with uncertain accuracy, it offers no suggestion. Coordinates stay on this page and are discarded; no geocoding service is used. These approximations may be wrong. Denying permission leaves every simulator feature available.
Optional analytics, off by default
Google Analytics loads only after you press Allow analytics. It can send page views and technical usage information to Google, which processes connection information including your IP address. Vestimoss sends no model inputs, location suggestion, GPS coordinates or custom identifiers. No Google Ads features or enhanced measurement are requested. Rejecting analytics does not change the tool.
Your analytics choice is saved on this device in local storage so it applies across these pages. You can change it with Analytics settings in the footer. Revoking consent stops future analytics by reloading this page and removes accessible first-party Google Analytics cookies; it cannot undo data already sent. Browser language, connection country and coordinates are not stored. If storage is blocked, your choice lasts only on the current page.
Security without a login system
HTTPS is required in production. A Content Security Policy limits scripts and connections. Inputs are numeric, bounded and checked before calculations; no user text is rendered as HTML. The country function is read-only, takes no parameters and has no user-content or secret storage. Cloudflare platform protections apply; Vestimoss does not claim a custom rate limiter or moderation service. There are no accounts or public posts to moderate.
